About The Goods®

Founded in 1997 and incorporated in 1999, The Goods Inc. is the Atlanta-based clothing and accessory brand connected by The Goods' meaning of self-belief and empowerment.

Co-owners Kenny Alfonso and Melissa Ponzio appear at one of 17 Southeast regional Hatshack stores in 2001 where The Goods® was their most stolen hat. We're strangely proud.

Trademarks

The Goods® name and image are Registered Trademarks

in Classes 9, 25 and 41 and property of The Goods Inc.

Any use of these trademarks in any way that may conflict

with these class registrations without the expressed and

written consent from The Goods Inc. is strictly prohibited

and punishable by Federal law.

Return Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note that Products can only be returned in the country in which they were originally purchased.
