About The Goods®

Founded in 1997 and incorporated in 1999, The Goods Inc. is an Atlanta-based clothing, accessory, and lifestyle brand owned by partners and fellow actors Kenny Alfonso and Melissa Ponzio.
What started as a grassroots apparel idea has grown into a message of self-belief, individuality, and empowerment. To Kenny and Melissa, The Goods® means recognizing the value already inside you — and having the confidence to embody all you are meant to be.
In 2027, The Goods® celebrates 30 years since its founding with a new line of hats, apparel, backpacks, and accessories created to help spread The Goods.
The Goods® is more than something you wear. It’s something you believe. If you got it, wear it.

From the Hatshack Days
In the early 2000s, The Goods® was stocked in Hatshack stores across the Southeast, where the brand quickly built a grassroots following. This photo features co-owners Melissa Ponzio and Kenny Alfonso during that era, standing in front of a wall of hats by The Goods®. One store manager told them The Goods® had become their most stolen hat. We don’t recommend stealing — but definitely a sign the brand had struck a nerve.

The Goods® name and design are Registered Trademarks

in Class 25 and property of The Goods Inc.

Any use of these trademarks in any way that may conflict

with this class registration without the expressed and

written consent from The Goods Inc. is strictly prohibited

and punishable by Federal law.

Return Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note that Products can only be returned in the country in which they were originally purchased.
